Awarded
Supply of terrestrial laser scanner
Descriptions
Bangor University’s Centre for Applied Marine Sciences wishes to purchase a terrestrial laser scanner. The selected device may use either a time-of-flight or phase-comparison measurement system but should be capable of rapidly recording dense, 3D point-cloud data. It is expected that the instrument will be used for a wide range of applications in a variety of different coastal settings – e.g. from natural features within the littoral zone (beaches, estuaries, cliffs) to man-made constructions in areas of coastal development (ports, harbours, marinas and jetties etc.).
