NWSSP Procurement Services are working on behalf of North and South Wales Posture and Mobility Services, Artificial Limb and Appliance Service (ALAS) to undertake a tender exercise for the Supply of Wheelchairs, Associated Parts and Accessories. The Contract will include 25 lots for the various wheelchair categories defined by ALAS, as well as requirements for required options or functionalities, and spare parts. Suppliers who are interested in this opportunity should register their interest or contact the Contracting Authority directly. Interested parties are advised that the following documents will be requested during the Invitation-to-Tender (ITT) stage:-CE certificates.-Any testing certificates to confirm requirement of Lot.-User guides.-Service manuals.-Illustrative product literature/brochures.-Proposed prescription (order) form for contract-Full parts catalogues are requested for all products tenderedThis information is shared to facilitate the best possible preparation and response from suppliers, and full details of requirements and any other documents will be published within the ITT upon publication.
