The supply only of door entry systems for up to approx. 300 properties which comply with the following:• The system will be an open protocol door entry system for retirement living complexes in Torfaen•It will provide remote fault reports• To be flexible enough to provide for future expansion • It is required to operate on an ‘on site’ basis • `On site` and remote key fob programming• Fully DDA Compliant• Lifetime guarantee• Training and accreditation package for Bron Afon to install and maintain• Telephone back up technical support line available.Bron Afon Community Housing is committed to achieving economic, social and environmental well-being for its residents and implementing the Community Strategy so as to ensure a better quality of life for everyone, now and for generations to come.
