Caerphilly County Borough Council require a suitable company to provide a IT software solution for the Supply, Support and Maintenance of a Corporate Wide Appointment Booking System.The solution required will be utilised by all departments within the Authority although it should be noted that the Council already has an arrangement in place that our Registrars department use. The Authority has taken the decision to include our Registrars requirements within this tender process and these requirements will be evaluated as part of the evaluation stage of the tender exercise.
