The claimant group targeted by this provision face multiple barriers to employment, such as, management of health conditions, lack of financial and personal budgeting skills, lack of confidence and motivation, dealing with decision-making.The primary barriers faced by this claimant group are health conditions. Claimants many have multiple health conditions, which include but is not limited to, physical conditions, mental conditions and learning difficulties.As a result of these barriers, the target claimant group is disadvantaged in the labour market.The principal aim of this provision are to improve the employability rate and get participants into sustained jobs.
