The service proposed will enable service users with mental health difficulties and substance misuse as a dual diagnosis to live independently within their community. The key aim of the service is to prevent homelessness and for service users to progress to independent living through the delivery of housing related support. The provider event will enable providers to discuss the proposed service model.
