Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) Children Services, Social Services are looking to establish a flexible framework to provide a high quality support to young people, living within the CCBC Council area, who are at significant risk of harm and exploitation. This may include young people who display Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB) and young people who are at risk of/have been abused through Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and/or Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE.This arrangement will include support for young people who are at significant risk of harm and exploitation. This may include young people who display Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB) and young people who are at risk of/have been abused through Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and/or Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE).
