Surrey County Council is looking to undertake the re-commissioning of the following services (but not limited to) under the Procurement Act 2023. • Community and Life Skills • Centre-based support • Independent Travel Training • Employment Support • Residential Short Breaks Services • Shared Lives The council is seeking to work with the market who have experience and expertise in providing person centered and strength-based support to individuals from one or more of the following primary adult user groups of all ages : (may not be limited to) - Learning Disabilities - Physical Disabilities - Autism or other Neurodivergence - Mental Health - Sensory Impairment - Brain Injury / Neurological Condition - Multiple Diagnosis. The estimated contract value per year is circa £15 million.
