Descriptions
The Council requires the provision of a support for families with children aged between new born and 5 years of age who have a Learning Disability and/or a Special Educational Needs and/or a Disability. The Service will provide opportunities for targeted Play Sessions and an opportunity for peer to peer support for Carers including a weekly short break opportunity for Carers and their Children.
