RCT CBC acting as Lead Authority for the Cwm Taf Region requires a qualified and experienced organisation to assist the Workforce Development Service to raise awareness and facilitate regional activities to support delivery of the SCW Care and Support at Home strategy and the requirements of the Regulation and Inspection Act 2016Care at home strategyThe requirement is to:Support regional engagement by the facilitation of an event (s) and the circulation of briefing papers to the workforce providers and othersTo Co-ordinate communications with Social Care Wales with regards to local activity and progressTo lead and facilitate the local action requirements and provide support where necessary for others in the region to meet any requirementsTo monitor the local action plan and identify areas of concernRegulation and inspection Act 2016The requirement is toFacilitate an awareness raising programme across the region with regards to the R&I Act through facilitation of events and workforce briefings and direct people to the SCW Learning hub and its resourcesMap the learning needs of the workforce in Cwm Taf to support the learning needs analysis for SCWInterested parties should set out the approach and costs for the work with a view to concluding by 31st March 2018.Further information is available at Bravo - https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.ukITT ref 64190
