Support with Housing and Personal Care including Lifestyle Support.Support is to be provided to twenty four adults both male and female. Service is to be delivered from three adjoining bungalow style properties in the Bridge of Don Area of Aberdeen City. Supported people currently residing in the Premises form a mixture of one and two person tenancies.Supported People currently residing in the premises have learning disabilities may be highly vulnerable and have a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Supported People may also present varying degrees of challenging behaviour and may have a history of challenging services, no communication skills and require full support for continence problems. Candidates shall be required to provide a Service based on knowledge and experience of working with Supported People who have learning disabilities and related physical health problems.
