Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of supported housing for people with a learning disability.To provide short term housing to people with a learning disability and support to develop life skills ready for independent living.The contract is for an initial period of 3 years with 2 options to extend, each being 2 years. The estimated budget is 70 000 GBP to 93 000 GBP per annum, with a total budget including all options for extension of 490 000 GBP to 651 000 GBP.
