The aim of the service is to enable adults with learning disabilities to enjoy a good quality of life by supporting them to develop skills Helping them to maintain safe and independent accommodation providing personalised and meaningful opportunities inside and outside of the scheme Meeting individual, cultural and communication needs, in a creative and appropriate way.The list will be for a term of 4 years with a potential 2 year extension and the potential for new providers to join every 6 months.
