24 hour supported living services are required to be provided by an experienced and registered domiciliary care provider with or without nursing (dual registration) to support one female Service User with limb girdle muscular dystrophy living in her own home in Llandudno.The support required is specialist and requires intricate manual handling, moving and positioning as well as using specialist equipment including NIV and Cough Assist.The contract is for a period of three years with options to extend for further two years. The contract will start as soon as possible with a date to be agreed following completion of the tender.
