Descriptions

***Contract Award Notice***The Isle of Anglesey County Council’s Corporate Plan 2013-2017, has identified supporting the most vulnerable and developing the economy as two of the three key priorities to be achieved during this period. Whilst Supporting People can contribute to the development of the economy, by promoting and assisting service users to access educational, employment (both paid and voluntary) and training opportunities, the Grant funded programme has a key role to play in supporting the most vulnerable within our society.IoACC therefore invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of housing related support services. This agreement is split into two lots:Lot 1: Mental HealthLot 2: Substance Misuse, Homelessness & Ex-OffendersProviders may bid for one or both lots. The agreements will initially be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further three 1 year periods (3+1+1+1) basis.
