Supporting Service Users with Mental Health Difficulties with Dual Diagnosis in Float

Bridgend County Borough Council is planning to procure a variety of services to people who are vulnerable with mental health difficulties and/or substance misuse. The service will provide varying levels of time-limited housing related support to enable service users to gain the necessary skills to sustain tenure and progress to independent living through the delivery of housing related support. Following on from a previous provider and consultation event with key stakeholders, this session will give providers an insight into the model of service about to be commissioned.To book a place on the event please contact andrew.page@bridgend.gov.uk. Places are limited to a capacity of 20, a maximum of two representatives from each support organisation are able to attend. The event will take place on Friday 26th February 2016 at the Civic Offices, Angel Street,Bridgend CF31 4WB.
