This tender relates to Strand 4 work stream 3 of the T level professional development support offer — to develop and deliver activities which provide insight into industry practice. The focus of Strand 4 is to provide opportunities for collaborative activity to embed the learning from the rest of the CPD offer.This work stream is split in to 2 phases:Phase 1: Scoping and development of industry Insight activity;Phase 2: Management and facilitation of industry insight activity that will include: work shadowing, work placement and industry placements for teachers; delivery of practice sharing and development workshops; industry practice, advice and guidance workshops delivered by employers; support for the delivery of teacher regional improvement projects focussed on employer engagement.
