Unwaith y byddwch wedi cofrestru, bydd eich manylion yn cael eu cofnodi gan Adra, sylwch nad yw cofrestru eich diddordeb yn yr hysbysiad hapfasnachol hwn yn gorfodi Adra i wahodd eich sefydliad i gymryd rhan yn y Dyfynbris Cyflym, ac mae Adra yn cadw’r hawl yn ôl ein disgresiwn llwyr i wrthod gwahodd unrhyw sefydliad i’r Dyfynbris Cyflym.**Adra and other RSLs in north Wales, namely Cartrefi Conwy, North Wales Housing and Clwyd Alyn are looking to utilise a one year framework of surveying Experts who are able to assist with disrepair claims and report on all adverse housing conditions which the landlord ought reasonably to know about.We are looking for Experts that have previous experience of dealing with Disrepair Claims and attending Court as an Expert Witness.The Expert will also need to be a RICS member, familiar with the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Disrepair Cases (Wales) and comply with Practice Direction 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.Further details on the requirements will be available in the Request for Quotation documentation when the contract opportunity is published.
