Sussex and Surrey Police - Repairs & Maintenance Contract (PIN)
Descriptions
Sussex & Surrey Police are collectively developing a procurement strategy for the re-procurement of their respective repairs and maintenance (R&M) contracts. To assist us in the decision making process, we are undertaking a "Soft Market Test" to help inform how the future procurement strategy for the delivery of repairs and maintenance of our built assets will be developed. Sussex & Surrey Police, with support from its external advisers, will be conducting a soft market test comprising the completion of a questionnaire and attendance at a "Meet the Buyer" event to be held on 13 October 2015. The purpose of the exercise is to gain market intelligence on best practice to help inform the most appropriate procurement strategy. Respondents are welcome from a variety of maintenance and facilities management backgrounds, including SME organisations. Respondents will have experience in delivering Day to Day Responsive Repairs and Maintenance to building fabric; Servicing and maintenance of building services installations (including lifts, security systems, fire alarms and access controls); Cyclical planned maintenance; Minor works up to 100,000GBP in value. To register your interest and to participate in the soft market test, please complete the survey by following this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Surrey_Sussex_Police. Please note that the deadline to complete the “Soft Market Test” is: 17.00 (GMT), 09 October 2015. Applicants should note that whilst it is possible to undertake the survey in separate (internet) browser sessions, it is strongly recommended that it be completed in one session. In any event, Respondents should complete from the same computer with the same IP address. Respondents who register an interest in this project will be notified when and if the tender opportunity is advertised and the Award process commenced. If you have any problems in completing the questionnaire, then please send an email to tenders@cameron-consulting.co.uk. This notice relates to a proposed “Soft Market Test” exercise only and is not a call for competition. Any contracts for services, supplies or works relating to this exercise will be subject to separate procurement process(es) in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as may be required. All participants in this “Soft Market Test” exercise shall be responsible for their own costs (including third party costs) and the Contracting Authority shall have no liability to any participant.
