The works include: Remodelling of internal spaces New windows to external facade New entrance to external facade MEP strip out and replacement with new Minor external soft/hard landscaping Project to proceed on a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016. RIBA Stage 3 design included within the tender documents. Contractor to develop RIBA Stage 4 design.
