This is an open competition for the provision of services in relation to an employee engagement survey. The services will include survey design and production, hosting, processing and analysis, reporting and presentation of results. It is planned that the survey will be conducted biennially i.e. once every two years, however the Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option to conduct the survey annually if required
