Natural Resources Wales and Swansea Council are seeking to employ a leading expert in Green Infrastructure (GI). The contract will seek to co-produce a Swansea City Centre GI Strategy and Green Space Factor planning tool for assessing GI. This tool will enable simple and reliable assessments of GI in new and existing development across the county of Swansea. The strategy will identify areas of opportunity and technologies/techniques for enhancing GI in new and existing development. The strategy and associated planning tool will also ensure and enhance the quality and variety of GI implemented in development across Swansea City Centre. As a result, this will influence future strategic investment in GIbased on its multiple benefits.
