A website that is professional in appearance and function. A site that should be at the forefront of everything we do. It should be the ‘go to’ website when times are critical and also when times are not so critical, highlighting forthcoming events and campaigns. The site should work in tandem with our social sites to create a complete digital package for our public. A ‘kids zone’ is crucial in engaging with schools and young people, used by teachers as part of curriculum based activities.A Content Management System (CMS) is crucial to a Service like us, we don’t have dedicated digital communications resources and maintenance of the site is paramount to achieving a consistent public face. A clear structured website with this management system will enable simple and effective use that will enable the site to function effectively. An auto archive function would be required based on version history to enable documents to be archived based on date criteria.Site needs to RWD (responsive web design) and be able to work on tablets and mobiles (not a shrunken website).
