The contractor shall carry out across Cardiff and Vale University Health Board sites: — monthly checks and associated maintenance, — 6 monthly checks and associated maintenance, — annual checks and associated maintenance, — 24 hr emergency call-out/breakdown cover. The above checks and maintenance should be done for three pools. The contractor shall ensure that all maintenance works are carried out in strict accordance with the manufacturers' requirements and recommendations.
