You are invited to submit a PQQ for the above opportunity for which you have expressed an interest. Your responses to this PQQ will be evaluated against pre-determined scoring criteria set down in the documentation. Tenderers successful at PQQ stage may then be invited to participate further in the procurement process via an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN).
