The Council is looking for specialist supplier or group of suppliers to provide the Council with a fully deployed, self-contained hardware platform of the Microsoft Management Tools across the System Center suite. The Council wishes that that appointed supplier will work with the organisation closely following the completed system deployment over a minimum period of 12 months to support the Council as it transitions from its current range of point management tools to a consolidated platform. This support is wished to assist with both provision of support technically to update the system and provide technical assistance as required, as well as a program of training to move the organisation through a staged maturity of use.
