Objectives of the review oTo assist with making decisions about the future delivery model for Bikeability. These will need to be made by June 2024 in order to leave sufficient time for a new delivery model to be implemented by March 2025 (if appropriate). oTo benchmark current delivery mechanisms and costings against other comparable training initiatives to identify best practice. oTo understand market appetite from private sector and third sector bodies. oTo create evidence/audit trail to defend future management arrangements.
