The Health Board is further seeking to implement a high quality improvement programme that supports the ambition of an engaging leadership style across the organisation by enhancing the capability of leaders and their teams to deliver results through the use of data analysis, problem solving, reducing variation and harm and growing effective quality improvement methodologies.
