NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to maintain and service the fire detection and fire alarm system across nine (9) hospital sites, clinics and ancillary buildings within Powys.The Tender has been divided into two (2) geographical lots, which you can bid on either one (1) or both lots.Lot 1 – North PowysLot 2 – South PowysThe Maintenance Contract will be for a minimum of three (3) years with a mutual option to extend this on a one (1) year plus one (1) basis.The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
