As digitalisation continues to drive change in work, Skillnet Ireland and CIPD Ireland are undertaking a joint research project which will seek to provide guidance to businesses on how to ensure people and talent considerations are at the heart of job design and redesign. It will identify what organisations are currently doing on organisation and role design, case studies of what good looks like and guidance on how to design and build people-centric roles that support the competitiveness and innovation of enterprise in this digital age.The duration of the contract will be for a period of up to one year (12 months), commencing in March 2022. Skillnet Ireland reserves the right to extend the contract for a further period of up to 12 months on the same terms and conditions, to incorporate additional research services and subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected service provider, budget availability and ongoing business needs.
