The University of Essex is seeking an external partner for delivery of its student counsellingservice. All registered students across three campuses are eligible to access counselling andsessions will be delivered in person or remotely by video or telephone, as aligned to theneeds of the student. The service will tailor session numbers to the presenting needs of thestudent while retaining a short-term counselling model and the context of a university-basedservice. Submissions are welcome from suppliers who have experience of deliveringcounselling services at scale, particularly in the higher education sector, and candemonstrate an understanding of the needs of diverse groups of students.
