The University of Essex is looking to employ a reliable contractor for the provision of printing and fulfilment services for our Undergraduate and Postgraduate Prospectuses. The contract will be let for 36 months with a 12 month extension subject to review. Design has been done in house so the winning contractor would have to provide the print and fulfilment. The prospectuses will be sent in an envelope along with 3 inserts which are likely to be provided by the University. Note- fulfilment may vary. This will be determined at the start of each project. The company will have to provide the fulfilment. The prospectuses will need to be sent to up to four locations in the UK as well as the University from where they will be distributed to the students worldwide.
