The NHS Wales Shared Service Partnership (NWSSP), Procurement Services on behalf of the Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board are inviting tenders for the supply and Maintenance of Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing Equipment, incorporating a cycle ergometer, to assess adult patients with cardiorespiratory disease and perform preoperative assessment. This equipment will be based in the Wrexham Maelor Hospital.The Health Board are looking at a maintenance contract up to 5 years, this will be dependant on the budget available and the need of the Health Board.The tender is based on 60% quality and 40% cost, further information on this can be located in the scoring methodology in the attachment area.Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Health Board into English before consideration.
