Descriptions
Agri-EPI Centre is seeking bids from qualified and experienced agricultural and civil engineering works and minor works capable companies to join its framework to provide works, minor works, repairs, maintenance and any related services for its existing and future sites as required, and this includes any activities which need to be conducted to comply with any Building, FM, H&S and industry specific regulatory and/or obligatory requirements stipulated by legislation and/or the landlord of such sites as applicable. Provide such services throughout the duration of the framework such as (but not limited to,) agricultural engineering, civil engineering, construction, planning, project management, architectural, design, works, minor works, repairs, facilities hard and soft services, mechanical and engineering, and utilities and where applicable, and/or in addition, maintenance, servicing, and any materials, consumables, furniture, fixtures and fittings as each site requires on either casual, fixed, short, medium or long term contracts (call-offs) within the duration of the framework.
