Tai Tarian is seeking to engage a single contractor with a proven track record of delivering best practice on similar contracts. The appointed Contractor will need to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social environment agenda within the community in which they will operate.Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a single contractor to undertake the replacement of approximately 50 kitchens and approximately 50 bathrooms across approximately 70 properties, located throughout the Neath Port Talbot County Borough.The contract will be undertaken using the JCT Intermediate 2016.The works programme will comprise of the installation of the replacement kitchen and bathrooms together with all associated electrical, plumbing, decoration and refurbishment, as necessary. Work is to be carried out in accordance with the attached specification. The first allocation of 50 kitchen and 50 bathrooms will require completion by March 31st 2020, with an option to extend for a further 1 year.
