National Grid has procured Talent Sourcing Software as a Solution (SaaS). The software can be used to source and match candidates to open vacancies. The tool uses mathematical algorithms to match candidate profiles to open job vacancies. The software integrates with other tools. This tool is required to support the growth of National Grid that has arisen out of the transformation agenda between now and 2035. Requirements include increases in offshore wind capacity, onshore renewables, EV adoption and heat pump adoption. It is critical for National Grid to have in place a tool that will enable effective human resourcing.
