Appointment of a specialist contractor that possesses all of the necessary highway agency and painting accreditations to re-coat the under carriageway bridge structure, in accordance with the preferred painting strategy and taking into account the widespread and intermittent nature of the defects that will require re-coating under the contract.An initial two year contract is to be let commencing from 1.5.2015 with an option to extend by up to a further 2 years (1+1).
