Provision of taxation services to the group including:•Preparation and submission of corporation tax returns, and preparation of accounts disclosures for statutory accounts•Review quarterly VAT returns for Progress Housing Group•Review monthly VAT returns for Concert Living•Annual review of Tax Strategy Document, Transfer Pricing Policies & other•IR35 reviews as required•Retainer for basic queries (30 minutes or less) – expected to be mainly on VAT•Support with ad hoc projects as requiredTo split over 2 lots, one for VAT and one for all other taxes.
