Coventry City Council has appointed a new framework of taxi operators to provide taxi services, including Home to School provision, to eligible individuals. The previous arrangement was procured via the COV-5834 Dynamic Purchasing System for Taxis.

Preliminary Market Engagement was held on 07 April 2025 at Whitley Depot, Coventry. Following award of the new Framework, the current DPS will be terminated. On Framework award, the Council will begin issuing further competitions for call-offs.
