Derry City and Strabane District Council invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the replacement of existing synthetic pitch constructions (including shock pads) and surfacing carpets to “FIFA STANDARD’ certified synthetic and all current technical access standards at the following three separate sites across Derry/Londonderry with all sites to run concurrently in order to achieve Programme and Budgetary restrictions. An outline of the proposed Project works include: Replacement of 3G Synthetic pitch and shock pads at Foyle Arena, Bishops Field Park and Leafair Park, Derry/Londonderry, Bishops Field to include 10m high ball stop netting and Replacement of existing drainage infrastructure.
