Descriptions
Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin is seeking a Works Contractor to undertake the main works package for the Printing House. The works consist of the restoration, repair and fit-out of a protected structure and recorded monument to create a temporary public exhibition building with associated back of house and plant areas. The Printing House is subject to an Enabling Works package which is currently at contract award stage. It is anticipated that the works will commence in April 2023. Further details are provided in the Suitability Assessment Documentation set attached to this notice.
