Tenders are invited for the supply of the replacement of the boiler at Allen Park Adult Learning Centre. The successful Service Provider will be responsible for providing replacement boilers at Allen Park Adult Learning Centre in Derby, liaising closely with the Contract Manager Michael Clarke. The boiler at Allen Park Adult Learning Centre is at the end of economic life and hence requires replacement along with associated equipment. The extent of the replacement works are detailed with the specifications and drawings. However in short the replacement will include removal of any materials containing asbestos, replacement of boiler/s and ancillary equipment such as pump/s, pressurisation units, associated control and electrical wiring and any associated building works.
