Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a framework for the provision of Emergency Accommodation through which it can purchase the accommodation it needs to fulfil its statutory duties and other emerging need. The framework may also be accessed by Erewash Borough Council. Derby City Council is seeking private sector suppliers who can supply, to the specification and standards stated, the authority with emergency accommodation for homeless people owed duties under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 or placed under a legislative power.
