Service areas require self-service functionality to manage the membership, opening hours and messages, as well as reporting to establish if there are any issues regarding the operation of their Teams call queues. Self service call queue management was previously available in Skype however reporting was provided via the provision of bespoke reporting which is no longer possible. Therefore, procurement of a third party product which can meet the self-service and reporting requirements is required.
