Technical on-site audits of HHCRO gas boilers at domestic premises

The aim of the technical on-site gas boiler audit is to investigate whether supply chain operatives are correctly assessing and reporting on the classification of boilers which are to be repaired or replaced (as appropriate) under ECO's Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO). Boiler measures in HHCRO can either be 'qualifying boilers' or 'non-qualifying boilers' and the cost score an obligated energy supplier ("Supplier") receives from repairing or replacing these categories of boilers is different. As such it is crucial that we have confidence in the assessment and classification of these qualifying boilers by the supply chain. We require a Service Provider to conduct approximately 370 on-site audits across England, Scotland and Wales.
