Provision of post implementation support for any issues reported by Welsh Government users with the legislative drafting software Legislative Workbench (Legislative Workbench 3 developed by Propylon Ltd who own the IP for the code and design of the software).Provision of maintenance in the form of updates and patches to ensure that Legislative Workbench continues to meet Welsh Government ICT security requirements and remains compatible with the operating systems used by Welsh Government (currently a mix of Windows 7 and Windows 10).Contract to be for 2 years with an option for the Welsh Government to extend for one and a further option for the Welsh Government to extend for another year.
