Bank of England Framework Agreement for the Technology Support Services Framework to support the Bank's critical functions and processes that rely upon the Technology infrastructure and systems the Bank has in place. The framework will be in place for four years and is a series of zero-commit Agreements with Technology suppliers. Requirements will be called off over the Term and as such the contract value represents a maximum spend over this period, on this Framework.

A framework to provide technology-related support services for the Bank's essential operations.

This notice is being raised to amend the original TSSF framework contract due to a necessary increase in its value by approximately 45% (£26.7 million). This increase is required to cover continued costs of existing projects. The amendment falls under regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
