Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA)(the 'Contacting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group, seeks to engage the market through this Pre-Tender Market Engagement (PTME) exercise to gather market intelligence to support the development of TVCA’s procurement and delivery strategy for a suite of digital transport, data, sensing, and traffic management capabilities that form part of the Tees Valley Digital Transport Delivery Programme. Suppliers are requested to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) as part of a wider Pre-Tender Market Engagement (PTME) exercise.
