Telephone Clearing System
Descriptions
To facilitate Sheffield Hallam University's telephone clearing system for Students, SHU has secured a three year contract to cover three academic years, commencing 17/18. This is contracted under the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM1045 Lot 4 - Network Services Framework. This is a hosted liberty cloud managed service to deliver inbound calls for July-Sept during 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020. A single "03" number will be provided and queued on the liberty platform within the providers' data centre.
