This Tender has been advertised in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union and the tender is being conducted under the EU Procurement Directives, Restricted Procedure.The purpose of this exercise is to put a framework agreement in place with a number of suppliers for the provision of Temporary and Permanent Staffing for Teaching / Academic Staff and all other categories of support staff.The framework agreement will be split into Lots as detailed below. It is a requirement of the Tender that the selected Supplier(s) will extend the terms to all eligible Institutions, Consortia and Bodies, as defined by the CPC including Further Education institutions, Sixth Forms, Academies, Schools, Museums and other similar organisations who are members of the CPC. Other bodies that may potentially be interested in accessing the agreement include WFEPC (Welsh Further Education Purchasing Consortium http://www.wfepc.com/english/) and individual Universities who may join the CPC as a single contract member. The CPC reserves the right during the period of this agreement to make additions or subtractions from the list of Participating Institutions.The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the entire or parts of the tender, without such an action conferring any right to compensation on the Tenderers. The CPC has no liability to settle any cost incurred by the Tenderer as a result of the tendering procedure.
